李红梅出生于中国河北省邯郸市，先后就读毕业于河北师范大学（获学士学位）、中央美术学院王征骅写实油画高级研修班、中央美术学院硕士研究生主要课程班。现为邢台市油画院副秘书长，邢台市民盟美术院副秘书长，中国油画创作研究院研究员，河北省油画学会画家，河北省女画家学会画家，北方画院特聘画家，邢台市群众艺术馆特聘美术师，北京市东城区美术家学会画家。作品多次参加国内外展览并被专业机构收藏。
Li Hongmei was born in Handan City, Hebei Province, China. She graduated from Hebei Normal University (with a bachelor’s degree), Wang Zhenghua’s Advanced Realistic Oil Painting Training Class at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the Main Courses for Master’s Students Class at the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Li Hongmei is currently the Deputy Secretary General of Xingtai Oil Painting Institute, Deputy Secretary General of Xingtai Minmeng Art Institute, Researcher of China Oil Painting Creation Research Institute, Painter of Hebei Oil Painting Society, Painter of Hebei Female Painters Society, Specially Appointed Painter of Northern Painting Academy, Specially Appointed Artist of Xingtai Mass Art Museum, and Painter of Dongcheng District Artists Society in Beijing. Her paintings have participated in multiple domestic and international exhibitions and have been collected by professional institutions.
